During our presentation, we will be joined by the Planning and Development Department to share the scope of work and outreach methodology proposed for the Joe Louis Greenway neighborhood planning study!
The study is anticipated to start approximately Fall 2022 and engage neighborhoods adjacent to the 27.5-mile Joe Louis Greenway route. The full costs of this planning study contract will not be confirmed until proposals are received. This neighborhood planning study effort will build upon the vision for inclusive growth and economic opportunity identified in the previously completed Joe Louis Greenway Framework Plan.
