All hands on deck are needed to help make Exam High School testing days safe, smooth, and welcoming for participating students. This year, there are 7 testing dates to ensure the safety of all students, families, and staff. Info is below describing the available shift needs. Morning Shift Tasks:
- Setting up the check-in and check-out areas
- Putting down social distance markers around the building
- Putting up signage
- Counting out test booklets and pencils
- Delivering test packets and proctor supplies to designated classrooms
- Other tasks as needed
Afternoon Shift Tasks:
- Student sign-in and sign-out
- Line monitors to check students in and monitor social distancing
- Conducting temperature checks of all who enter the building
- Proctor support (running supplies, relieving proctors for restroom and, if applicable, lunch breaks, etc.)
- Taking snacks and water to ESE students
- Other tasks as needed
Post Test Tasks:
- Counting and packing up used test materials for shipping (PPE provided)
- Sanitizing and sharpening pencils
- Other tasks as needed
- Prepping test packets for the next test administration
